I have decided the time has come that I should push myself to create more cakes. It's something I love so there is no reason to deny myself.
I started decorating my own birthday cakes at a very young age and thought they were so amazing. Now looking back, they weren't so great. But it sure shows how far I come with only taking a Wilton Basics Decorating class sometime around the age of 13 and learning from books and television.
Cakes aren't something to enjoy alone, so time to share. Any idea of what I can try next? A design? Type of cake? Flavor of frosting? The perfectionist in me will always try my hardest.
